Where Did We Start?
inQbation was founded in 2007 by Blake Newman (living in Santa Monica, California) and Luis Cuellar (living in Cali, Colombia) on a mission to help startups get started and provide cost-effective websites over a short period of time.
In 2010, we relocated to the Washington DC metro area to serve federally funded nonprofit organizations, higher education, government agencies, and government contractors. Ten years later, we continue to operate as a small, lean, startup striving to deliver high value to our clients.
