Getting ready girl
Female wedding photojournalist (Andrea) arrives to the scene of the hair & makeup session or where the bride and her bride's maids are getting ready. Coverage begins several hours before the ceremony. Photographer travels with bridal party to the ceremony site and is the second angle during the ceremony. Photographer assists the portrait photographer during formal posed pictures and helps to expedite the process. Photographer is also available to travel to the reception site to perform still-life photography of the reception details and decor.
Rate: $985 includes travel throughout Northern Virginia, setup, photography, editing and high-resolution images burned to DVD. Coverage includes up to 6 hours of time on site. Second photographer is strongly recommended. Third photographer is highly recommended in many cases.
Portrait & ceremony guy
Male wedding photographer (Blake) arrives to the ceremony site before the wedding to document the details of the ceremony and any requested pre-wedding formal (posed) portrait. Photographer is the primary shooter during the ceremony and conducts quick formal (posed) portraits immediately after the ceremony. Photographer moves onto the reception site to photojournalistically document the ceremonial events at the wedding reception to include toasts, cake, dancing.

Party guy
Male or female wedding photojournalist arrives either at the ceremony site as the third perspective photographer or reports directly to the reception site to document the still-life wedding reception decor. Photojournalist covers the entire wedding reception (party) until bride & groom depart for the evening.

Engagement portraits
Male/female photography team provides lifestyle photography session in studio or on location. Rate is $295 and includes dual photographers, editing, high-resolution images burned to DVD and up to 1.5 hours of time on site.
Typical wedding coverage
Getting ready girl, portrait guy, party guy on the scene for 20 hours of combined shooting time, several hundred edited high-resolution images burned to DVD, coverage within the Northern Virgnia area. Rate: $2,955. Alternatively, getting ready girl and portrait guys on the scene for 12 hours of combined coverage to include getting ready pictures, dual coverage of the ceremony and first few hours of reception. Rate: $1,970. Price includes edited images, high-resolution, burned to DVD.
Travel fees & expenses
Events in Washington, DC include a $250 surcharge. Events in Suburban Maryland include $175 surcharge. Travel charges outside of the DC metro area include mileage, time ($49/hour - $400 per day), overnight accomodations at the host hotel and meals.
Album design
Billed at the rate of $95/hour. High-resolution JPGs sent to photo lab for processing and then album company for binding. Printing and binding fees are additional - usually a few hundred to a couple thousand dollars.
