Tiffany Newman is the Creative Director and Digital Experience Specialist at Agileana, leading the design of human-centered digital experiences. With a multidisciplinary background in UX/UI, visual storytelling, and experiential design, she creates intuitive, emotionally resonant interfaces that translate complex systems into clear, accessible solutions. Tiffany Newman is the Creative Director and Digital Experience Specialist at Agileana, where she leads the design of human-centered interfaces and digital ecosystems. With a multidisciplinary background rooted in digital design, visual storytelling, and experiential art, Tiffany brings a thoughtful, holistic approach to crafting interfaces that are both intuitive and emotionally resonant.
Tiffany was drawn to UX/UI design by its unique position at the intersection of creativity and the psychology of solving human problems. She is deeply motivated by the challenge of translating complex systems into clear, accessible experiences, and believes the most impactful design emerges when form and function are shaped together with intention and empathy.
She joined Agileana in 2020, where her first project demonstrated the impact of her approach to design. Tiffany led the design direction for the Department of Education website redesign Challenge.gov competition, where her mockups tied for first place among dozens of agencies, helping Agileana secure the win. Since then, she has contributed to several high-impact, mission-driven initiatives, including the National Archives and Records Administration project to redesign U.S. presidential library websites.
Guided by values of empathy, curiosity, and clarity, Tiffany approaches her work with a holistic understanding of both user needs and cross-functional collaboration. She brings a thoughtful, systems-oriented perspective to her work, designing experiences that create clarity, alignment, and ease across complex digital environments.
A formative influence in Tiffany’s journey has been her practice of drawing inspiration from multiple creative practices and ways of experiencing the world, including photography, movement arts, and time spent in nature. This cross-pollination continues to shape her design philosophy, encouraging her to approach each project with both analytical rigor and creative intuition. Through her work at Agileana, Tiffany remains focused on creating digital experiences that feel grounded, accessible, and deeply human.
