1. Give us the name or keyword phrase that produces negative results
2. Tell us the URLs that contain false or negative content
3. We will create noise around these links to make them obscure
4. Depending on the competitive resistance, we may bury these on page 2 or deeper
5. We will demand that search engines remove these from their indexes
6. If a copyright violation, we will demand they be removed from offending website
